Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to ensure your SilkStone jewelry arrives safely and on time. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (available for select locations)

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹2,000.

  • Orders under ₹2,000: Shipping charges apply
  • Orders over ₹2,000: Free standard shipping
  • Express and overnight shipping: Additional charges apply

International Shipping

We currently ship within India. International shipping options may be available for select countries. Please contact us at shipping@silkstone.com for international shipping inquiries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as:

  • Package not received within the estimated delivery time
  • Damaged package upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received
  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us immediately at shipping@silkstone.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from the delivery location, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
