Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. To cancel an order, please contact us at returns@silkstone.com with your order number. Once we confirm the cancellation, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation After Shipping

If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it directly. However, you can refuse delivery or return the item once received, following our return policy below. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you refuse delivery.

Cancellation Process

  1. Contact us at returns@silkstone.com with your order number
  2. Provide the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  3. Wait for confirmation email from our team
  4. Refund will be processed automatically once cancellation is confirmed

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@silkstone.com to initiate a return
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original receipt or order confirmation
  4. Ship the item back to our returns address

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Cancellation refunds: 2-3 business days after cancellation confirmation
  • Return refunds: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Payment processing: Additional 3-5 business days may be required by your bank or payment provider

Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or cancellation after production begins.

Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipping. If you cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped, standard return shipping charges may apply as outlined in our return policy.
